Coatings

Our Professional Services

From industrial-grade epoxy and polyaspartic systems to polished concrete, custom cement overlays, and sport-court coatings, we install finishes that look sharp and stand up to daily abuse. We start with real surface prep—diamond grinding or shot-blasting, moisture checks, crack/spall repair, and joint fill—then build the right system for your traffic and climate. Options include quartz or vinyl flake for traction, color zoning and line striping, UV-stable topcoats, and non-slip textures where it matters. Our crews work clean, communicate clearly, and aim for fast return-to-service (often just a few days for many projects). Tell us how you use the space and we’ll spec a coating for durability, chemical resistance, and style—done right for Kansas weather.

Industrial Grade Epoxy

Engineered for maximum strength and durability, our epoxy floors withstand heavy traffic, harsh chemicals, and daily wear with ease.

Our epoxy systems are built for hard use and easy cleaning. We start with serious prep—shot-blasting or diamond grinding to remove contaminants and open the surface, repairing cracks and spalls, filling joints, and checking moisture so the primer bonds like it should. Then we install high-build, 100%-solids epoxy body coats tailored to your traffic, with optional quartz or vinyl flake broadcasts for traction and impact resistance (and cove base for seamless wall-to-floor hygiene). Finally, we lock it down with a UV-stable urethane or polyaspartic topcoat in matte, satin, or gloss that resists chemicals, abrasion, hot-tire pickup, road salts, oil, and cleaners. Add non-slip texture where wet work happens, color zoning and line striping for safety, or logo stencils for branding; fast-return packages can get you back in service in 24–48 hours. The result is a seamless, durable floor for warehouses, shops, garages, hangars, and production areas that stays sharp with a mop, autoscrubber, and neutral cleaner—and can be refreshed with a simple recoat years down the line instead of a full tear-out.

Commercial Concrete Polishing

We mechanically refine the slab, densify for hardness, and finish for clarity and easy cleaning. Sleek, low-maintenance, and built for daily traffic.

Our polishing process turns plain slab into a dense, clear, low-maintenance floor. We start with assessment and prep—remove coatings/adhesives, repair spalls and cracks, joint fill as needed, and open the surface with coarse diamonds. Then we work through progressive grits to flatten and refine the concrete, apply a lithium densifier to harden the matrix and stop dusting, and grout-coat to close pinholes. From there we hone and polish to your sheen—matte, satin, or high-gloss (up to 1500–3000 grit)—with optional concrete dye for uniform color or accents. A penetrating guard adds stain resistance without wax, and we can tune slip resistance for the environment. The result is a bright, reflective surface that cleans with a dust mop or autoscrubber and a neutral cleaner—no stripping, no recoat cycles. Durable under forklifts and foot traffic and resistant to tire marks and spills, polished concrete is ideal for warehouses, showrooms, retail, and modern interiors with fast return-to-service.

Custom Cement Overlays

After thorough prep, we bond a new wear layer to erase flaws and deliver the look you want. Sealed for weather, UV, and heavy use.

For surfaces that are structurally sound but tired, custom cement overlays are the reset button. We start with evaluation and prep—diamond-grind or shot-blast, remove coatings/adhesives, repair cracks and spalls, fill joints as needed, and check moisture so the primer bonds. Then we install a high-bond cement system tailored to the look and duty: feather-edge microtopping for a smooth modern finish, a self-leveler to flatten uneven slabs, or stamped/spray textures that mimic stone or travertine. Edges are feathered to thresholds and drains, and control joints are honored or re-cut for a clean layout. Color can be integral, stained, or dyed to match your space, from subtle earth tones to bold modern palettes. We finish with the right sealer for the environment—matte, satin, or high-gloss; interior or exterior; with optional non-slip traction and UV protection. The result is a fresh, seamless wear layer that hides imperfections, stands up to weather and traffic, and cleans easily—often with typical return-to-service in 24–48 hours depending on temperature and conditions.

Pickleball Court Coatings

Traction, consistency, and weather resistance—starting with base repair and crack treatments (cushion optional). Crisp color coats and lines for reliable play season after season.

We install full sport-court systems engineered for consistent bounce and safe traction. After a condition survey, we deep-clean, route and bridge cracks, patch “birdbaths”/low spots, and address edge joints and drainage so the surface sheds water. We then build the acrylic system: resurfacer for a smooth base, optional multi-layer cushion for comfort, texture/base coats with calibrated silica for the right grip, and two UV-stable color coats that hold up in heat and freeze–thaw. Finally we lay crisp regulation lines (pickleball, tennis, or combo layouts) and tie everything cleanly into the perimeter. Materials are low-odor, waterborne, and easy to maintain—regular rinsing and a mild wash keep it looking sharp, with simple recoats every few years depending on sun and play volume. The same spec applies to tennis courts as well, so you get a durable, great-playing surface either way, with typical return-to-play in 2-3 days.

Our Working Process

01.

Consultation

We start with a quick on-site walk-through to learn how you use the space, measure the slab, and check moisture and movement. We review color charts and sample boards, talk slip-resistance and durability needs, and outline the prep work required. Clear expectations, straight answers, and a target timeline—no pressure.

02.

Proposal

You get a same-day, itemized scope that spells out surface prep, crack/joint repair, the coating system build, and any add-ons (UV topcoat, flakes/metallic, line striping, anti-slip). It includes pricing, schedule options, and what to expect on install day. Simple, transparent, and easy to approve online.

03.

Installation

Our crew protects adjacent areas, dust-controls the site, and mechanically grinds the slab. We repair, prime, and install the selected system—base coat, broadcast or build coats, then a durable topcoat. Most garages wrap in a day; larger interiors and courts typically run 2–3 days. Clean, efficient, and jobsite tidy.

04.

Inspection

We finish with a detailed walk-through, checking thickness, adhesion, edges, and finish quality. Any touch-ups are handled on the spot. You’ll get care instructions, warranty info, and before/after photos. We follow up after cure to confirm everything looks right and the floor is performing as promised.
